Jennifer Allain

Jennifer has been practicing the discipline of Yoga since she was first introduced in 2000. Her class focuses on a dynamic vinyasa flow uniting movement and breath while focusing on the importance of alignment and body/mind awareness to gain strength, flexibility and balance. The class flows utilizing pranayama (breath) from one asana (posture/pose) to the next while working towards harmony in body, mind and spirit. Jennifer feels passionate about yoga and encourages students to challenge themselves in a safe and fun environment. She is inspired to educate others about the amazing mental, physical and spiritual benefits a yoga practice can provide. She is thankful to share her love of yoga and bring the transformational power of yoga into the lives of the students of Yoga Balance of Life. Namaste
